Yes. The Free plan includes 3 hours of meeting bot recording a month, audio uploads, microphone recording and unlimited transcript uploads, with no time limit and no card needed.
On Standard, each person adds 12 hours to a shared pool every month, so a team of 5 shares 60 hours. Need more? Buy extra hours for $1.50 each. They never expire. Business includes unlimited recording, with a fair-use limit of 30 hours per person a month.
Time the MeetSwift bot spends recording a meeting. On Free, Standard and Business, uploading audio, recording with your microphone and uploading transcript files do not use your bot recording hours.
Yes. Standard includes 10 uploads (audio files or transcripts) plus 10 manual microphone recordings per workspace each month, with separate allowances. Business has unlimited monthly uploads and manual recordings. Audio uploads and microphone recordings can be up to 500 MB each on Free, 500 MB each on Standard, and 500 MB each on Business and Company. Allowances reset monthly even with annual billing, and are separate from bot recording hours. Microphone recording requires browser permission and participant consent.
