Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about setting up and running MeetSwift with your team.

Getting Started

Members can connect their Microsoft work or school calendar, administrators can connect the authorized company Google Calendar, and users can manually upload recordings or transcripts. MeetSwift does not collect calendar passwords or require a browser plugin.

The company owner pays for the company workspace. Invited members join that paid workspace without purchasing separate subscriptions.

Yes. Free, Standard, Business, and Company include consent-controlled bot capture for supported Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom links. Owners and administrators can enable calendar auto-join for supported connected calendars. Live transcript and provisional notes are available to verified attendees on Standard, Business, and Company. Standard includes 10 audio or transcript uploads plus 10 manual microphone recordings per workspace each month. Business has unlimited monthly uploads and manual recordings; Free keeps unlimited transcript uploads. Audio uploads and microphone recordings can be up to 500 MB each on Free, 500 MB each on Standard, and 500 MB each on Business and Company. Meeting admission and bot recording-hour allowances remain separate.

Security & Privacy

AI outputs are drafts for human review, not accuracy guarantees. Review source evidence and applicable processing and vendor terms before uploading sensitive information.

Source transcripts can remain available alongside summaries for evidence review. They are not automatically deleted just because analysis finished. Review your workspace's recording-retention and deletion options before uploading confidential material. Read our Security page for full details.

No. MeetSwift is designed for general business use and is not currently HIPAA ready. Do not use it for meetings containing Protected Health Information (PHI).

Features & Workflow

MeetSwift automatically detects when a task is agreed upon and who is responsible based on the conversation context. These are drafted as actions. Team members can review, edit, and check them off in the portal.

Yes. Members can search meeting summaries, actions and decisions they are authorized to see by topic, owner, date and review status. Whole-meeting content is available to recognized attendees and the connected calendar owners whose eligible events requested that capture, even if absent. An invitation alone grants no access, and owners and admins have no general meeting-content override.

AI-extracted decisions start as drafts with transcript evidence. Authorized reviewers can confirm or amend a decision, link related decisions, or supersede an earlier one. The original record and change history remain available; possible conflicts require human review.
